Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

I am not massively IT confident, but jumped right in and picked it up straight away.
It helps me map payment flows. Whether that be how the payments are flowing through different providers, or a specific solution to a set need.
  • Gateway and acquiring solutions.
  • Neobanking supply chain.
  • Customer service interactions and touch point.
  • The app/phone Icons - this could displace marvel.
  • Further icons - even it they were bought as add-ons.
  • Basic user guide video when you enter Lucid for the first time - walking through the methodology of the shapes and icons for beginners.
  • I have just bought the additional full access as I am using this more and more.
  • Easily demonstrates to a customer how the process will go saving time.
Typically I use the diagrams as a discussion basis for further improvements etc. It has use as a product construct which helps refinement.
I have not had to call upon support at this time. I have been using the product for 4-6 weeks.

PowerPoint - or packages such as Visio.
I know a lot of financial services and product designers that are now using Lucid. It is an easy way to demonstrate a process flow without using Visio or more complex packages associated to project management.
