Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Simple tutorial in the beginning gave me the basics I needed to get started, and I was able to take an existing Lucidchart as a template, and modify it quickly and easily. Keen to learn additional features, but the basics work seamlessly.
At present, it is being by different teams, some in HR, some in revenue (single users) to prepare and consolidate charts for senior management. Clear and clean representation of flow and organization - long lasting struggle solved by Lucidchart easily.
  • Display the chart and flow very clearly
  • Cut and paste, and move entire sections without upsetting the links
  • Ease of use for changes on the fly
  • Conversion of charts into 3D.
  • Productivity increase from clear charts that can be easily modifies.
Not yet integrated it with other tools. But now that I know, I would recommend this to our software team for evaluation.
Not yet needed any specific assistance, but all the information provided from signup has been useful and concise.
