Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

I think the software is very user-friendly and has a neat interface. Hard to add in lines that don't connect automatically to the shapes already on the map. Sometimes I would like to add in plain lines on my process maps and not have them connect to the shapes I already have on the map. Free version is very limited - it really just gives you a teaser of what the platform can offer.
Lucidchart is being used by the organization to create flow charts and business flows. It is being used within our department as well as the entire organization. The project I am currently working on relies heavily on lucidcharts and this makes it easy for us to create process flows across the board. We are able to explain our project to our clients in a very detailed and concise way and they are able to easily understand with the functionality it has.

We are using it in Slack and so far the experience has been great. I face issues when I open it in PowerPoint. Some features are not clear how to use at first glance, but as you test it out it works pretty nicely. Has numerous shape options, especially linked to services we use, like AWS.
Very efficient. The ability to see others user's perspective in other to check flowcharts readability. The array of solutions provided allows us to address a full range of needs. Unlike many other substitute programs, Lucidchart is completely browser based. Its collaboration capability ensures I can work in tandem with my teammates to create dynamic process and work flows quickly and with real-time feedback from everyone.

Equal or better. There's a learning curve, but overall it's rather intuitive. I felt confident in building out customer journey maps on Lucidchart after only a few hours of tinkering. Easy to use in other applications. Love the collaboration with Slack and Jira. Ease of understanding and preparing the Workflow Diagrams even for a beginner.
It is well suited for business flow diagrams where we use it extensively. Ability to share via multiple plugins easily. Hard to put in a legend - at least I haven't found an easy way and it can get frustrating. This is especially frustrating when I pass lots of time doing a nice map with different colors representing different things and then I have to improvise something for the Legend.
