Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

I like that all the shapes are labeled in the iPad app under the shadows. I wish the web app had this option instead of just a rollover text.
I am a consultant who has to extensively document processes for other companies. It is an intuitive process flow documentation tool. It allows me to quickly organize processes both horizontally and vertically very seamlessly.

  • Stylize flows easily
  • Improve web app to match iPadOS app withy style updates
  • Change swimlanes size more easily
  • Time savings
  • Improved performance
  • Increased workflow productivity across multiple operation software (iPad OS and web app).
I have not used integration but really look forward to exploring this functionality.
Haven’t had to use it yet since it’s so intuitive.

All of my documentation for work is great in LucidChart. I haven’t explored all of the tool, but at a quick glimpse, there are a lot more tools that so haven’t used that I feel like I look forward to exploring.
