Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

I was able to jump in, create charts, collaborate with colleagues and use Lucidchart without any training required.
Lucidchart is an easy-to-use program for my department to plan out processes we make within our content management system. This has allowed us to effectively plan a process during a meeting and then go and create the new process in the correct order with all critical details being implemented.

Pros

  • Easy to use - I did not require any training on how to use Lucidchart as everything was very simple and straightforward.
  • Detail - The program allows for me to add extensive amount of detail if I wish.
  • Sharing - The program allows me to share and collaborate with other colleagues.

Cons

  • Exporting or printing charts could have better options for layout.
  • Improved efficiency - I was able to meet with colleagues and plan out a new process within our CMS without missing any relevant steps.
This has not been required in my work.
Lucidchart has an easy to find help tab, however, I have not needed it so far.

Much easier to use than MS Excel.
Lucidchart is great to plan and lay things out in an easy-to-read and understandable way.
