Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Lucidchart is highly intuitive because everything you need to know is right in your face. Once you log into your account, the menu easily guides you to a blank diagram where you can create flowcharts, mockups, etc. The menu has a variety of options to choose from so you can easily work through the software.
Lucidchart is used by the technology department of our organization. However, it may be used by other teams as well. It allows us to organize our ideas and roles within our team. It also helps us create hierarchical charts for roles and determine who to contact for external business matters.

The integrations Lucidchart has are extremely useful to my team and organization because they allow seamless communication and collaboration, which makes the workflow easier. It definitely allows us to complete our daily workload quicker and more efficiently than if there were no integrations. We use those applications often, so it has been extremely beneficial for our team.
I believe Lucidchart has great support. I have not needed to use their customer support yet, but that is always a good thing! As far as my organization supporting Lucidchart overall, we fully support the use and functionality of this software since it has been of great use to our company.

  • Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
These are two different products to me, so they both do their jobs respectively. I like Lucidchart for its collaborative qualities, since multiple users can work on a project simultaneously. Microsoft 365 does not allow that option. I can also create charts and diagrams more easily with Lucidchart than with Microsoft 365.

Lucidchart is well suited for collaborating on projects that require organization (for example, account ownership). However, it may not be very useful for projects that do not require flowcharts. It may also be less appropriate if you work with Microsoft apps often, since it doesn't seem to work seamlessly with them.
