Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Lucidchart is very easy to use. The elements all snap together easily and intuitively. Some research might be needed to find the right template for your use case, as there are many templates. But once you find the right template, all the elements are easily accessible and easy to use.
Lucidchart is being used to create software system diagrams to help us in the planning, design, and execution of new software systems. It is being used across the organization by different departments and teams by making both designing and collaboration much easier than before. It's now very easy to create and share diagrams and to get feedback from stakeholders.

  • Very easy to share lucidcharts to others
  • Very easy to export lucidcharts to other formats to share outside Lucidchart
  • There can be more tutorials on the existing templates available
  • More tutorials on how some of the word blocks can be formatted within elements
  • Make it easier to share lucidcharts to those without membership
  • Improved productivity as its much easier to create charts
  • Time saved in using things like word or powerpoint to create charts
  • Better product as its so much easier to view large charts
I have not personally used any of the integrations with other applications and don't actually know what those integrations do. So it would be a good idea for Lucidchart to add more information on what integrations exist and how to use them. I imagine there will definitely be use cases for these integrations.
I personally have not contacted any customer support for Lucidchart, but the overall app is very easy to use, so I have not needed to talk to any customer support person. The app was pretty performant and I did not have any issues with it (i.e., no lag or lost information).

I have not used any other products like Lucidchart, but before, I would use things like PowerPoint to create diagrams. Lucidchart is a much much better solution compared to PowerPoint, as the elements are easier to use, things snap together, and the graph can be expanded in any direction, which is great.
Lucidchart is well suited in creating diagrams. These can be UML diagrams, system diagrams, or control flow diagrams. It's super easy to create elements, link them together, and put everything together. The UI expands fluidly and is super simple to use. Sharing is also very easy if other users have access to luicdcharts.
