Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

It's very easy to use once you've had a brief introduction to the features. Very user-friendly and intuitive
We have created a complete company org chart with Lucidchart to display all employees with their name, and title, including their photo. It is being maintained by the HR department but is used by the entire company to see how the company is structured. It provides us a way to show all employees the total organization in one glimpse, in a very high quality way.

  • Allows us to show all employees the entire company structure, including what employees report to what managers
  • I don't have any improvements to suggest at this time
  • Positive impact, allowing employees to see our full org chart
  • Provides a professional image
I have not used it for this purpose yet.
I haven't received direct support, because someone else internally is supporting me, but they have said they are very satisfied.

We have not used another charting program, other than Excel.
Companies need charts for many different purposes and Lucidchart provides that capability to help organize your departments and divisions, no matter how large of an organization you have, in a way that we have not found with any other programs.
