Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

I have extensive familiarity with graphic editing and creation software suites, so it's very simple for me to use. I cannot comment on the average user's potential judgement of ease-of-use.
I was asked to draw up a product roadmap for investment planning, and would normally use a graphic editor such as Adobe Illustrator to do so, but opted to simplify my work and use Lucidchart to get great results, and more specific tools for the task. My Director of Finance was very happy with the result.

  • Shared with your intended audience in a snap.
  • More advanced graphical modifications/options.
  • Gained insight for founders and investors on company projections and needs.
I have not had to use any support features.
