Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Lucidchart is quite easy to use. You can quickly drag the shape over into the document space. If you have two objects you can quick connect the objects together. I found Lucidchart quite easy to use. I think the copy and pasting of text sometimes annoying since I got the message of what is the correct buttons to use. I think I was using ctrl + v + shift to copy and paste plain text.
It is used across the company. Various departments and team members use Lucidchart. We commonly use Lucidchart to diagram the workflow processes. I have actually used it to build a flyer to use as a one pager that has been easy and straightforward to add out profile pictures and add all the necessary info in one place.

Lucidchart is very easy to use and quick to put everything together. I also used Lucidchart at my old company which I used it to make user interface designs as well as mock ups for improvements. Which were very helpful to the development team in understanding what is required to do.
  • Fast to quickly add the shapes and connect them for a process flow diagram.
  • Easy to customize colors to get the styles you want for the document.
  • Quick and easy to share with others within the team to collaborate.
  • With layers it is often finicky when you are trying to click and edit a layer.
  • More pre-built shapes would be awesome.
  • It would be cool to color code tabs at the bottom.
  • Improved productivity.
  • Time savings.
  • Improved performance.
I haven't used all the integrations but the integration with Atlassian is great because you can add the Lucidchart document and view the document through the Atlassian confluence page without leaving the page. I believe if you click on the Lucidchart document it will take you to the document which is pretty nice.
I haven't used the Auth0 support directly. I have skimmed their documentation when I needed help with something. I also attended some of their webinars which were also helpful as well.

I haven't use any other similar products.
I would highly recommend Lucidchart to others who are looking create a flow diagram for processes that you are trying to create or improve on. There are other features allowing for notes (sticky notes, notes in general) to add if you are collaborating with others. It is really quick to put together a diagram and it looks nice compared to a white board drawn diagram.

Other cool things you can do with Lucidchart is make a more creative one pager flyer or mock user interfaces if you are more on the creative side.
