Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Great software and works very well for our use case.
Lucidchart is very good software for diagramming. We use it to map out various business processes in order to plan out ideas and pitch them to upper management. Currently, we use it in one or two departments; however, it is possible more people in the company will utilize it. It addresses an issue we had where we attempted to diagram business processes.

  • Make it easier to describe technical parts
  • Improved productivity
  • Time savings
Integration with Slack has been crucial for us to collaborate on these charts.

It is definitely a good use case for describing business processes. We have used it for this repeatedly. However, I have found that if you are trying to describe technical processes with some code or with a more complicated explanation, it is a little more difficult to do this.
