Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Very easy to understand and start creating a document. More powerful features can be accessed and quickly learned.
I am creating an interactive system process swimlane type diagram to describe how a job moves through our shop. It will be accessed company-wide to help clarify and direct employees to their responsibility at every step of the job. The interactive element comes in the form of hot links between pages and private documents hosted on GrabCad and Google Drive. These include drawings, BOMs, and work instructions to further aid a person in knowing exactly what to do to get ... their job done.

We are linking to GrabCad PDFs, where our repository of drawings are stored. We use Trello, and I plan on tying to that as well.

I've found this to be very useful for swimlane diagram creation. I also am using it for an org chart and document organization landing page.
