Lucidchart has been very useful for us for multiple use-cases. We use it to learn and document various flows in the fintech services. It is easy to use, and the team can share and collaborate on projects effortlessly. My favorite Lucidchart feature is connecting two boxes, it connects the center of boxes with ease.
