Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

I was able to open the program Lucidchart and accomplish my task with little to no training. It was intuitive and easy to use. And when I had difficulty trying to complete a task I was able to find a solution within a short amount of time. Tools, layout, and labeling fit my mental model and helped me navigate the program with ease.
We use it to understand and map out complex flows. We're able to look at processes from a high level, see what problems may arise, and adjust our strategy before progressing into a design. Being able to share and edit our flows with the whole team keeps everyone aligned and allows us to be more flexible with our changes.

Different teams within my organization use different tools to complete their tasks. Integration with some of the more popular ones such as Google, Microsoft & Slack has enabled us to communicate more efficiently and allow for greater collaboration. This ultimately helps our process — we're able to improve workflow, ensure alignment and increase productivity.
Overall it's been a great tool and helped our teams stay aligned across a multitude of projects. The fact that it is easy to use and intuitive is a big plus. When we're trying to express our ideas quickly and clearly this is a great program to have in our toolbox.

Yes

Lucidchart is great for user flows, quick mockups, and simple wireframes. It helps our team collaborate so we have a shared understanding and vision for the direction of our designs. It is used mostly for high-level overview and less so for more detailed design work that is completed with other design tools.
