Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Could have been a ten but I don't like spending so much time clicking and dragging.
This is a communication platform for our team. We use it to map complex ideas or problems that exist. This helps keep everyone aligned without regard to their tenure.
  • Identifying bottle necks in organizational flow.
  • Communicating a process.
  • Communicating an idea.
  • I don't like using the mouse or track pad.
I'll have to check this out. I was unaware of the various integrations. Thank you for the heads up. I'm somewhat new to having a Lucidchart account.

Google Jamboard and Confluence in Jira. Pretty great. Lucidchart is so much better it's like a dream.
Atlassian JIRA Align (formerly AgileCraft), Slack, Google Drive
Well suited in communicating with spatial minded groups. Its value diminishes with those that prefer to discuss face to face.
