Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Because it is easily self guided and the tools are simple enough to understand first time. Down the road it would be interesting to have higher levels of tools for charts for more advanced users.
We utilize Lucidchart for building layouts, Information System workflow diagrams, and action item lists for project development in our Compliance department. It allows us to communicate easier through visual narratives.

The charts are easier to draw in Lucidchart and then transferred to formalized documents in Microsoft. Currently, we only use Lucidchart for visual diagrams and add them to actual drafts being created in Microsoft.
I have not used the support feature for the site yet.

Lucidchart works very well when plotting ideas and forming the basic foundation for project development. It is not as robust of a tool for doing architectural drawings for premises diagrams. It would be very useful to create dashboard options to analyze information from workflow charts for writing business proposal drafts.
