Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

I gave Lucidchart this rating because it is exactly what I thought the first time I used the software. It is really easy to use, and all the tools are explained. Also, I had no issue when I need another new user to interact with it because of the easiness. It could be improved.
Our work is basically done remotely by interacting with clients all around the world. As a consultant, I have needed some way to interact with customers around brainstorming ideas. Then, ideas are translated into a workflow interface using Lucidchart. The software is pretty straightforward to use, and its team sharing capabilities are handy to work as a multiuser app.

  • Sharing capabilities
  • Clean interface
  • Improve copy and paste option for sharing only images
  • Time saving through not having a learning curve to get used to the software.
My organization uses plenty of tools like Google account, Atlassian cloud, Github, etc, and Lucidchart, which lets you integrate your work with any Google account.
I have not used the support option.

Yes

Lucidchart is good for sharing and a collaborative environment. Lucidchart is also good for creating relatively simple and complex process flow drawings. Lucidchart is bad for exporting to other software.
