Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

I have self-taught myself and picked it from day one. It's very easy to use.
We use it for mapping customer and lead nurturing email journeys and workflows that display content, wait steps, data, decisions points, and manual interactions.

Pros

  • Workflows
  • Customer journey maps
  • Data integration and data workflow between apps
  • Organization charts

Cons

  • Sharing capability - when I want to have the whole workflow appearing on one page
  • Log in - can it be like Word or Excel where we don't have to log in
  • Offer colour themes for shapes
  • Saves me time in presenting my ideas
  • Helps me out to map out my thoughts
  • A picture tells a 1000 words - I prefer to draw over, write for ease of sharing
I am a marketing automation manager and work with emails, data, and process a lot for automation. I use Lucidchart regularly to map out my workflows and journeys when I am planning a new automation process.
I have not had the need to use support.
