Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Very natural to understand if you have used MS Paint.
Lucidchart helps us in creating detailed architectures of our software stack which helps the entire engineering as well as a non-technical team to understand our overall architecture.

Pros

  • Intelligent arrow drawing

Cons

  • Having some preformatted templates that are used by software engineers on a day-to-day basis would be good.
  • Improved productivity
Lucidchart has made it easier to update architecture diagrams and post them on GitHub README in an automated manner.
Never felt the need to contact support.
