Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
We use it within our HR department for org charts and most recently a covid process tree for our employees. It's very user-friendly and has made doing these tasks streamlined and allows the data to flow well. I would recommend it to other companies and other HR departments to use.

- The boxes sometimes won't align without right clicking for the align tool.
- Time saving.
- Streamlining tasks like org charts.
- Make updating such documents easier.
We don't use any of that besides Google.
