Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

The videos for getting started helped and the product is pretty easy to play around with.
We're using Lucidchart to help us build workflows and present products internally across the company. This is a fun tool to learn and brainstorm with even at the beginner level. It's intuitive and user-friendly, especially when mapping out customer interactions and scenarios that need further attention from our support teams.

Pros

  • Helpful templates
  • Versatility in creating workflows from scratch
  • Visually appealing for presentations

Cons

  • Allow flows to be animated for presentations.
  • More tutorials and introductory courses.
  • Opened up my mind to possibilities of workflow.
It helps with our chatbot building.
I haven't used it yet, but when I need help I can usually figure it out.

I've used Lucidchart for customer support flows, showing the customer's view with our chatbot, and that feels natural. I wouldn't be inclined to use it for simple workflows that don't involve variability (as in customer communications).
