Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

You do not find every application intuitively, but after finding out how Lucidchart works it is very convenient.
We are using Lucidchart in order to document processes within the company.

For me, it didn't have any impact.

It is well suited in order to document complicated processes in a flowchart. However, I would not recommend it when adding a lot of text.
