Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

It is very intuitive and easy to use.
Lucidchart has proven to be a very useful tool in creating visually appealing charts and concept maps that can be easily shared across the team. I have used it consistently to diagram and document user flows, sketch algorithms, or create brainstorming maps. I have found it to be better than competing apps in both how the elements are presented in the UI and also how much more attention has been given to the color schemes and overall look and feel.

FigJam is another good tool but I find it less graphically appealing and less intuitive than Lucidchart.
Lucidchart is a great tool to diagram, brainstorm, and document early concepts for user flows or algorithms. It is also an appropriate tool to create visualizations for internal presentations. It is less appropriate for the creation of finalized visualizations for clients, or overall data storytelling, as other tools may have additional functionality in integrating images, animations, and sliders.
