Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

The user-experience of Lucidchart lends itself to being quickly leveraged. That being said I've had trouble getting past the initial learning stage to using more complex features that would allow even further use of the product. It's very possible that I have just not found the training that I should be using as well.
Lucidchart has been adopted by our organization to be the corporate standard for visualizing our processes and process optimization options. It also helps us gather requirements as we begin to automate a variety of processes. It helps us document workflows, mind maps, and provides easy to use design options to allow our organization to quickly document ideas that live within our most senior resources.

The integration to Microsoft is primarily the only integration our organization is currently leveraging. It allows for seamless authentication to Lucidchart. I have zero complaints on this functionality, and we will likely leverage a few other integrations in the future as our organization scales and our usage of the product increases.

Our organization selected Lucidchart primarily for the ability to get up and running as soon as possible. Its learning curve is much less steep than Microsoft's Visio tool. The other factors that came into play were the web-focused front-end and the cost, as it is considerably cheaper than Microsoft's Visio product.
Lucidchart is excellent at visualizing workflows, though its mind-mapping tools could be improved. We have been able to leverage Lucidchart to visualize processes that are currently opaque to our organization and communicate them quickly. The speed at which you are able to create new workflows leaves MS Visio in the dust, and allow for iterative feedback loops.
