Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
Lucidchart is being used in so many helpful ways. We use Lucidchart to create workflow diagrams, for example, if a client dials, we use the Yes/No strategy to explain the series of steps. We also use Lucidchart, once we have our selected image, to place diagrams and arrows to give clear instructions to our users.
- We use the text box and arrows to give directions.
- We use the yes/no workflow diagram.
- We use Lucidchart to stay organize by using different pages.
- Sometimes the arrows can be tricky.
- It would be nice to have a standard page width so that formatting can be consistent.
- There's many different buttons so at first the page seems overwhelming.
- Lots of time is saved while working on projects using Lucidchart.
- Lucidchart makes the more project productive because it makes the work more comprehensible.
Lucidchart is great for organizing and displaying a system. Lucidchart breaks it down to the foundation so that important ideas are not forgot about. Particularly to my daily workflows, I use Lucidchart to create workflows for different programs and solutions. This keeps communication clear and everyone is on the same page.

Overleaf wouldn't be much help with the current phase that we are in. Lucidchart is used daily verse Overleaf has not been used not once. Lucidchart displays the information you need to be successful and time efficient. Lucidchart does not require coding so it is feasible to be used by someone that is not tech savvy.
