Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

The team can intuitively create new designs that follow uniformity of our brand. The templates inspire us to think about what needs to be created and what needs to be communicated across the team and externally. We have not found a scenario that doesn't have a template within Lucidchart, which means that it is a tool that now only allows us to convey information, but helps us see what we need to do. We are inspired as a startup organization to learn from others, and appreciate the usability of the tool.
As an organization in startup mode, we are designing multiple new operations processes that require team adoption. Lucidchart is being used to create those processes, communicate them across the team, and iterate on them collaboratively and virtually. We work internally and can publish the materials to our key stakeholders and partners in a visually attractive format.

  • Lucidchart simplifies options so anyone on the team from beginner to advanced can create uniform visuals.
  • Lucidchart offers templates for the most basic to the most advanced that our team needs to communicate processes and operations functions.
  • Improved performance from the team in time savings and efficiency.
We have not yet done any integrations.
We have been impressed with the TIPs and overall support of Lucidchart.

The only thing I had used previously was creating charts and graphs through Powerpoint. Lucidchart is much better.
As an organization in startup mode, we are designing multiple new operations processes that require team adoption. Lucidchart is being used to create those processes, communicate them across the team, and iterate on them collaboratively and virtually. Upon completion, we use the visuals to communicate externally on how we function from an operations team perspective. We have received positive feedback on these visuals and requests for referrals to the product.
