Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
I think Lucidchart is extremely user-friendly. We have had people in our organization of all different technology levels be able to jump in and clearly understand the boards and add or edit the boards. I think that is one of the best features of Lucidchart is its usability. Our more technical people could use other platforms but then the users not familiar with those pieces of software would struggle to add value.
Currently, Lucidchart is being used across different departments throughout our organization. My department specifically utilizes the platform's functionality to streamline workflows and processes needed to clearly articulate and understand the right time to deliver marketing materials to potential customers throughout the customer journey. Recently, we have been able to rework our entire inbound workflow thanks to Lucidchart.

We unfortunately haven't tapped into this aspect yet but we are looking to in the future.
I give it this rating because, while we haven't asked for much support, when I signed up for a free account on my own email the customer service representative was great enough to notify me that we have a company account that I could take advantage of immediately. It was great to have the full pro capabilities unlocked by just a quick email getting appropriate access.

I personally have enjoyed using Lucidchart for three main reasons; creating funnel views, laying out workflows on a digital space prior to building, and finally UX/UI workflows. I think it is very beneficial in all three especially with the ability to invite users to collaborate and use it during presentations as well. Finally, the ability to link to other pages or boards is super handy.
