Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

App is easy to use for newcomers.
Started by using a free version of Lucidchart and enjoyed the layering of diagrams, but limitations in a free version don't allow me to use a tool on full power, so decided to switch on a commercial license provided by my employer company. This was lead to an enjoyable experience of solving my task. So nice tool and will be using it in the future.

Only started to use an app, so keep learning and involve in work processes every time when required to describe some information via diagrams.

It's more user friendly and provided more wide and useful features.
To draw diagrams of software infrastructure or architecture, also well suited for describing relations across microservices. Fast prototyping of application in different levels, for example, from low-level details of the implementation of Database to a high-level API communication between services. Also, it can be used for quick describing of employee structure in the company.
