Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
Lucidchart is exactly what I needed to help make processes clear for my employees. I use it for new-hire onboarding to help people understand the flow of systems in my group practice.
- It helps create visual depictions of processes.
- It is very easy to use.
- It allows customization.
- I am a recent user, but it has already helped streamline new-hire training
- It has helped capture proccesses that will maximize time and cross-training of employees
So far I have integrated with Google and I am excited to explore other ways to integrate.
