Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

I am a fan of its UX/ UI as I have already mentioned. I think Lucidchart makes it so much easier for my team to fluidly connect the dots on a project whether it's a Roadmap or a Flowchart. Kudos to your designer team!
With COVID-19, our startup's supply chain was hit badly and Lucidchart has helped us map out a new strategy. Its fluid designing system and template customization options have made it really easy for us to find and edit appropriate charts. My personal favorite is building roadmaps on a monthly basis using Lucidchart.

Pros

  • Customizing templates
  • The UX/ UI is above par compared to its competitors
  • Team editing helps us work on a project together!

Cons

  • To be very frank, I cannot think of any improvements at the moment.
  • I have used Visio as well and genuinely think that Lucid covers every aspect of flowcharting.
  • Great work guys!
  • It has definitely increased our productivity
  • Improved goal mapping
  • and goal tracking!
Haven't used it with any integrations yet, sorry.
Fortunately, I haven't had the need to reach out for support, everything works smoothly!

I have already mentioned this, but Lucidchart is a powerhouse when it comes to Flowcharting and Diagramming. These other programs are good but they aren't Lucid good. I have extensively used Visio and Indesign and I am never going back to them for road mapping purposes!! Photoshop is just inconvenient in many ways.
[Where Lucidchart is] well suited: startups, departmental, editing, corporations, college projects
[Where Lucidchart is] not well suited: Cannot think of anyone who wouldn't want to use Lucid Chart for their work.
