Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

I was quite hesitant to use Lucidchart thinking that learning a new application would take a lot of time as was my previous experience with other software. But to my surprise, it was so easy to use that I never felt that I was using it for the first time.
It is mostly used by us to create charts to finalize ERP process with clients.
  • Lots of options available in terms of shape and size
  • Reusabiltity
  • UI is very user friendly
  • Desktop App for Lucidchart is missing
  • Document Delivery On Time
  • More and more acceptance from colleagues to use Lucidchart, hence useful in library building
  • Complicated processes can be build quite easily
Sorry have not used the above application mentioned.
There is a lot of help available. If I get stuck somewhere, I am able to resolve it with the help of tutorials.

Lucidchart is cost effective and much more easy to use.
For every functional consultant this product is quite useful, as it provides a very easy way to create a flow diagram that helps clients to understand and agree on processes.
