Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Lucidchart's usability is good. It is less complicated to understand with intuitive tools that are provided to create flowcharts.
Lucidchart is being used by system architects to design workflows and system architecture. It is now easy to understand, share, and access all the diagrams in one place.

  • It would be good if we could easily integrate it with existing tools like Jira, Confluence, etc.
  • It saves time if you are efficient. It takes less time to design systems and share them within the team.
Yes, we could use it with a variety of tools listed like Atlassian, which is mostly used like Jira and Confluence.
There hasn't been a situation where I have had to interact with the support team, as the tool itself is easy to understand for what I do with it.
