Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

I didn't need any help, no training to use Lucidchart. It's very intuitive, nothing to look for. Everything is there, readily available, and extremely easy to use. Even a person who is not used to or is not very comfortable with computers can get by very quickly and very easily.
We are using Lucidchart to create process flow diagrams. Very easy to use and so clear! All the options proposed are smart. We have examples that we can use or we can create a totally new diagram with simple tools. I'm happy to know this application and will now use it for all my diagrams.

The connection was made as easy as possible with Google. Everything is connected and people in my group have easy access to the flow charts. Access can be open or very selective or even closed. Everything is really well thought out and well done. Everything is done to make it as easy as possible for us to use it.
As explained, I didn't need any help. That said, Lucidchart contacted me to offer me help and services. Lucidchart even contacted me to offer me training on the software. We feel supported in the event of a problem or simply if we need help.

Lucidchart is perfect for creating flow diagrams. I think that we can use it for hierarchical diagrams too. It's really easy to use this software. You can use different colors, shapes, and zones. Everything is clear and easy to use. I'm looking forward to using Lucidchart again. My next diagram will be for my team hierarchy.
