Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
It saves time for users with its easy drag-and-drop functionality needing minimal efforts to align, re-size or move objects. Prior to using Lucidchart, I made process maps using PowerPoint and it was not the most efficient. Then I tried Visio, which was slightly difficult to adapt to and had too many new features. With Lucidchart, I had no problem switching over and I did not even need a user manual to navigate.
Pros
- It helps you extend the chart in all directions without having to add pages or move it around.
- You can export it in various formats and include it in your process doc/ presentation slides.
- You can use standard flow-charts but also get specific buttons/blocks.
Cons
- Variety in color palette and formatting options
- It is slightly more expensive compared to the competing products
- Animations to use in presentations
- Improved productivity
- Helped in process outline and in change-the-business activities
- Helped to get clarity and process gaps
