Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
I use Lucidchart to create visualisations of customer journeys across a variety of different channels which ultimately, form part of statements of works. The tool is also used within our implementation team so that they can document the flows that they design with our customers as part of the project cycle. These flows eventually end up with our support team so that they can ultimately, look after what is built. Using Lucidchart means that we don't have to waste time using products that were not designed for diagramming (which was the case before).

- Offline version would be amazing for when traveling on trains or planes
- Time saving on production of documents
- Better quality documents
We have only just integrated into our Microsoft 365 instance and so have yet to see any benefits other than SSO

The features are similar with Visio being the well known original solution. It does everything that I need it to.
