Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Easy to use
Lucidchart is a great tool for any business to use from simple organizational chart to the most complex charts and processes to help the business move forward. It is easy to use and very simple to navigate, it also offers multiple exports type which makes it very convenient and reliable.

Lucidchart was very useful to me when I was completing an org chart. It was easy to use and found it to be well suited to what my needs are when I switched to the free version. It was a bit harder to add more shapes as the free version had limits on how many shapes I can use.
