Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Overall, it's very good. It's extremely user friendly and even non-technical persons should not have any problems with using it without any specific training. It works online so it doesn't require any installations for people with whom you would like to share it. The only issue is sometimes the alignment of different elements is a little bit tricky.
Great tool for any kind of software architecture or flow diagram. Provides lots of icons for different cloud providers, which makes for much easier communication through visual representation of the system architecture. Good export functionality and sharing options with other team members or stakeholders. Easy and intuitive to use, available everywhere.

draw.io is free and provides both online and desktop applications but Lucidchart for me is more user friendly and there are a lot of ready-to-use icons for services from different cloud providers, also collaboration and sharing functionality is much better.
Best for high-level architecture and business flow diagrams. It helps communicate through the visualization of different concepts of system architecture. You can very quickly create different types of diagrams and mind maps. Probably not the best tool for organizations trying to visualize a lot of business processes with some common parts which could be changed in time.
