Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
Lucidchart is being used in my organization to design, develop, and produce flowcharts, tables, graphs, and other visual data presentations that allow for clear and coherent data modeling strategies. Lucidchart helps to allow for comprehensive data flow while making it easier and manageable for customer and internal coherency within the organization. Lucidchart is appreciated because it helps with data integration with other platforms that we use within the organization.
Pros
- Creates dataflow models
- Create project management graphics
- It helps to orient internal and external personnel on decision points
Cons
- More Salesforce integrations
- Google Calendar and Meet integration
- Better exporting capabilities and integration
- Very productive in the ability to create a product
- Simple to use to chart a diagram
- Easy to scale and read for data cohesiveness
I use it to create project management tools, applications, and functions to track individual work, resources, risks, costs and budget items, and other project management concerns. It helps with tracking visual representation of items that that the external customer engages in to ensure that scope creep is minimized in a graphically visual manner.
Do you think Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite delivers good value for the price?
Yes
Are you happy with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite's feature set?
Yes
Did Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite live up to sales and marketing promises?
I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process
Did implementation of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite go as expected?
I wasn't involved with the implementation phase
Would you buy Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite again?
Yes
Used Lucidchart type of delivery schemas to present raw data and transform it into graphic dashboards and other flow content. The material was government proprietary content, but it had a lot of the same commercial aspects that Lucidchart currently has and much more. The integration aspect is better than what I have used in the past.
