Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

I prefer to have standalone app, but web UI is also nice. But I prefer to use it with native UI toolkit using as an ordinary macOS app.
It helps us to describe processes, architecture decisions, and strategical planning. Good UI, intuitive tools, in other words Lucidchart is much better than its competitors.

Lucidchart is a good tool for processes documentation and architecture diagrams. It suits very well for complex systems.
