Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

I was able to jump on the platform and use the tool with no walkthrough from previous users. I was also able to figure out how to create flowcharts and workflows on my own. The directions provided by Lucidchart were clear enough for me to learn the entire platform in an hour or so.
Lucidchart is very simple to use and user-friendly. It is easy to learn and makes workflow management a lot more organized. Having the ability to share visual workflows with teammates has helped with the brainstorming process and allows us to clearly define our objectives, then work towards them efficiently. I feel comfortable enough with the platform to be able to teach others how to use it. I will definitely be using Lucidchart for future projects!

Our organization uses Slack, Google, AWS, HR, Salesforce, etc. The integration between applications has been helpful with sharing workflows and allows different teams within our organization to participate in brainstorming, as well as process workflow design. Slack allows us to have live workflow sessions and Google and Salesforce help us share our charts with other teams.
I have not had a problem with the platform so I have not had to reach out to tech or customer support. Thus far the customer service has been great and all of my questions were answered within the first hour of using the product.

A scenario where Lucidchart works well is one where a process flow needs to be visually represented while different action options and possible paths need to be planned out. A scenario where Lucidchart is less appropriate is one where someone is requesting a written report or needs a detailed list. Lucidchart is mainly being used by us when visuals are crucial.
