Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
Lucidchart is used across my organisation for a range of tasks. Primarily I use it to document the flow of processes when creating guides for functions of software. The ability to update it constantly and for it to auto-update is ideal, considering I am often documenting software that changes incrementally and often.

This is one of the most invaluable functions of Lucidchart for my work. I use many Microsoft and Atlassian products in my current role, so knowing I have a Lucidchart in my arsenal for any work I wish to carry out on these platforms means I can save time having to learn a new software, whilst still creating such brilliant visual aids.

The only similar product I have used for creating diagrams in Microsoft Excel, which although amazing, does not stack up to Lucidchart in terms of ease of use and instant usability. They serve often different purposes, but I would have no hesitation to use Lucidchart for creating visual diagrams as a first port of call.
