Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Self-explanatory to use.
I use Lucidchart to create process flows for mortgage broking businesses that are in need of it. I also use it for ideation and to help mortgage brokers and their support staff understand how to bridge the gaps in their processes from a visual perspective.
  • Flow charts.
  • Ideation.
  • Vast variety of images and process icons to use.
  • Enable attachments to be inserted into the chart e.g. email templates.
  • Enable all file types to be inserted into the chart (couldn't use my own images).
  • More creative chart templates.
  • Positively outlines processes of a businesses.
  • Can be time consuming when adjusting the arrows.
I haven't had the chance to link Lucidchart to any applications, but have worked in an organisation where there was salesforce and I saw Lucidchart had the ability to integrate into the system. This adds value for support staffs to understand the steps of a particular process and ensures that they are doing their tasks correctly.
I haven't had the chance to speak to support as the application is self-explanatory to use so I look at that as a positive thing.

Did implementation of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite go as expected?

Would you buy Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite again?

Yes

I've only started to use Lucidspark today and I liked the aspect where you can write on the canvas as opposed to always using a mouse to navigate. I was using it for ideation and I can say, it looked really nice from a visual perspective. I also liked the fonts that were carried on from Lucidcharts.
Lucidchart is very suited for the creation of process flows but not sure much for creative infographics. It would need more functions similar to Canva to do this.
