Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Could add more functions such as timer and other templates like a gantt chart. Also, add video tutorial to understand all the functions and features of the website.
I used it as a process map for a project I am working on. I want to shorten the time I spend and for me to visualize my whole process flow, I used this website. With the process map, I was able to pinpoint which steps I need to improve.

It serves different functions but possibly integrates some functions to Lucidchart.
1. When implementing a new project. There should always be a process flow, timelines, and details regarding execution and this tool will help visualize not just to myself but also to the management team. 2. Also applicable in school settings. I recommended this to my siblings who are in college and high school for their projects.
