Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
We are currently using Lucidchart to create a process map of the different procedures and scenarios used when signing electronic documents between customers and businesses. So far, Lucidchart has been very easy to use compared to other similar applications that I have used in the past. I was able to navigate and play around with some of the design features without much training or help. What I like most about Lucidchart is that it has many templates that you can create from and a user-friendly interface that makes creating flowcharts fun and easy. I would definitely recommend Lucidchart!

I've used Visio in the past and it's difficult to use because everything had to be created from scratch including the shape names, templates, and swim lanes.
