Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
It is being used throughout the organization. The Operation team is specifically using it for workflow charts. We are a very "opportunity rich" environment where many processes remain undefined. Creating a workflow is usually the first step in defining a new process. The last workflow I created for the logistics team was for a shipping error workflow.
- Provides tips and tutorials on how to use things.
- "Click friendly" usually can find what you need with a few clicks.
- Templates!!!!
- More description in how to use different shapes and lines
- Could not find an option for dotted arrow lines
- Getting shapes to the desired size can be finicky
- Improved performance
- Brought an idea to life
- Organized workflows
So far I have only utilized the "sharing with other users" feature, though, our company has Salesforce, Slack, and Google to which I enjoy having the option for when it deems fit.
