Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

It took me a little bit to get the hang of it. Once I got started I realized how easy it really was to use.
The application is being used by our IT solution strategists to decide what our current IT architecture looks like and how it can be improved. The problem this application solves is giving management a clear view of IT integration between applications and complexities within.
  • User friendly
  • Robust thinking, like knowing to match the same size box as previously created boxes.
  • When you are approaching the edge of a template, it automatically makes the diagram bigger.
  • Using the lines to connect diagrams can be cumbersome. Especially, when trying to move the lines.
  • Time spent on sharing diagrams created has drastically decreased. Integrating the Lucidchart with Google drives was a big integration point.
Integrating with Google is a huge satisfier.
Haven’t had to use support yet.
