Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

This requires NO tutorials. It is extremely intuitive. I started creating my diagrams right away!
Our organization doesn't have a separate license for Visio, however, I need to document workflows and flow of data between systems, so I personally chose Lucidchart as my product. To me, this tool is MUCH easier than Visio and it has many visual features Visio does not. It's extremely easy to use - requires no tutorials if one is used to this type of software. Very intuitive. I'm extremely pleased!

I believe Lucidchart is BETTER than Visio. Ease of use, visual capabilities, versatility.
Data flow diagrams were very easy to create. Entering text is MUCH easier than similar software. Additional directional arrow is MUCH easier than similar software. I would give this product a 10 ANY time!
