Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

I would say Lucidchart is very intuitive to use for those who are familiar with the Adobe Creative Suite or people who use Canva.
Lucidchart was introduced in one of our brainstorms in order to achieve a better way of organizing our thoughts and ideas during the meeting. During the meeting, it helped us see the bigger picture and layout all of the ideas we had in mind for the project. We referenced our Lucidchart once we were done with the brainstorm and it helped us find a solution in a quicker more efficient way.

Since I work as a creative, I don't typically use those programs. However, the integration seems very helpful for account executives, etc.. This helped the workflow for my creative team because instead of sharing a screen and writing out our thoughts, we were all able to drop in our thoughts/findings and organize them in a way that made it digestable and easy.
This question is a little broad -- not sure if you're asking about the support that employees give for Lucidchart or the actual support Lucidchart gives to its users. However, Lucidchart is a great program I would recommend to colleagues and others in the creative field.

Yes

Did implementation of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite again?

Yes

Lucidchart is appropriate during brainstorms, collaborative meetings and diagramming. It's an excellent way to layout information especially when the team works remotely. I wouldn't recommend this to those who work in-person or those who are unfamiliar with using softwares like Lucidchart simply because it would take them a while to figure out the functions and adjust to have a productive meeting.
