Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
I use Lucidchart to create business process workflows as well as marketing content that require engineering input. It is being used primarily in the marketing department today, but engineers also use it occasionally to convey detailed schematics and flows. It is a very, easy to use platform that both technical and non technical person can even use to detail specific details about software and hardware designs.

- Easy to share and collaborate on
- Tons of pre existing templates to get you started
- Some of the really advanced features are a bit hidden - providing real-time training on complicated features.
- Export in even more formats (the commonly used ones are all available today).
- Improved Productivity
- Time Savings
- Improved Marketing Content
- Improved Training
We use several of these applications but I have not yet tested the integration. I will do that in the near future.
