Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

The collaborative aspect is to be improved. Being able to put comments may help convince other people to use it. That would be a major addition compared to other tools such as draw.io for example.
I am one of many employees who use Lucidchart in our day-to-day life. For engineering, having a practical tool such as Lucidchart is very important to convey ideas and concepts to marketing or between architects to implementation engineers. Since I do software design all the time, it is important to understand what the clients want exactly in their solutions. And what other way does that than a good diagram tool such as Lucidchart!!

Pros

  • Engineering diagrams
  • Flexibility: you can decide to change everything at the last minute with no problems.

Cons

  • Collaboration
  • Integration with other tools (Google Slides for example, or Microsoft Power Point ..)
  • Performance boost
  • Communication emprovements
The performance boost comes from concentrating on the core tasks instead of wasting time on drawing...
Very quick and helpful support. Tons of tips on the internet too.
